This guide explains how roles and permissions work in your Veo Clubhouse. Learn how to manage Clubhouse Admins, understand different member types, and see what each permission level can access at both the Clubhouse and Team levels.

Requirements

  • An active Veo Clubhouse
  • Clubhouse Admin status to manage other admins, billing, or subscriptions

  1. Clubhouse-level roles

When you create a Veo Clubhouse, you are automatically assigned the Clubhouse Admin role. This role gives you full control over your organization's teams and content.

    Clubhouse Admins can:

Note: A Clubhouse can have multiple Clubhouse Admins to share management responsibilities

    Managing Clubhouse Admins

If you need help managing your Clubhouse, you can invite other members to become Clubhouse Admins.

    Adding more Clubhouse Admins

As a Clubhouse Admin, you can invite additional admins with just a few clicks:

    1. Go to Settings in your Clubhouse
    2. Select the Admins option
    3. Click on Invite Clubhouse Admins and enter the email addresses of the people you want to add.

    Removing Clubhouse Admins

If an admin leaves your club or no longer needs high-level access, follow these steps to remove them:

    1. Go to Settings in your Clubhouse
    2. Select the Admins option
    3. Find the Clubhouse Admin you wish to remove
    4. Click the three dots and select Remove Clubhouse Admin.

Note: The Clubhouse must always have at least one Clubhouse Admin.

    Viewing Clubhouse Admins

While only Clubhouse Admins can add or remove other admins, all members of the Clubhouse can see who the Clubhouse Admins are by visiting the Admin section under Clubhouse Settings.

  2. Team-level roles

When a member joins a specific team, they choose a role that defines their relationship to the team:

    • Coach: Assigned to the coaching and technical staff
    • Player: Active athletes on the team. Only Players can be tagged in clips and create Player Profiles
    • Other: Parents, staff, or supporters who are not players or coaches

    Team-level permissions

A permission level determines what a member can do within their team. These are assigned by a Clubhouse Admin or Team Admin during the invitation process.

    • Team Admin: Full access to team management, match data, and content editing
    • Team Editor: Can manage match data and edit video content
    • Team Contributor: Can create clips and download recordings. These clips are private ("Only me") by default
