Learn how to access and update your Clubhouse settings directly from your Veo account. This includes managing your Clubhouse details, privacy preferences, and admin permissions.
Requirements
- You must be a Clubhouse Admin to edit Clubhouse settings
How to access the Clubhouse settings
- Go to your Veo account at app.veo.co
- If you belong to multiple Clubhouses, make sure you’re working in the correct one
Note: You can switch Clubhouses using the selector in the top-left corner - From the left-hand side panel, click on Settings
Only Clubhouse Admins can edit this section. Other Clubhouse members will be able to view only - The Edit Club page will open, displaying three main sections you can manage

Settings
Edit your Clubhouse’s general details, such as:
- Clubhouse name and short name
- Country
- Crest and cover pictures
Privacy
Control who can view your Clubhouse and its recordings. Learn more in our guide: Manage your Clubhouse and recording privacy settings.
This section is visible for Clubhouse admins only.
Admins
Review and manage the list of Clubhouse Admins. From this section, you can add or remove admins as needed. Learn more here: Understanding roles and permissions in Veo Clubhouse
Note: Changes made to Clubhouse details, privacy, or admin roles are saved automatically and take effect immediately.
