Learn how to create teams within your Veo Clubhouse to organize your recordings and streamline communication with your team members.
Requirements
- You must have Club admin rights to create teams.
- The number of teams you can create depends on your subscription plan. See Veo subscription plans.
Why create teams in your Clubhouse?
Creating teams helps ensure that recordings are correctly assigned and that members are automatically notified when new recordings become available.
You can start creating teams as soon as your Veo account is active, even before receiving your Veo Cam.

Steps to create a new team
- Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
- If you are part of more than one Clubhouse, make sure to select the correct one.
- Navigate to the Teams tab.
- If you're adding your first team, you will see a prompt to get started:
- If it's not your first team, click + Add new team in the top-right corner.
- A new window will open. Fill out the basic team information. You can also choose to join the team yourself.

What’s next?
Your new team is now set up! You can start inviting members and assigning recordings to it.
