When a player requests to join a team, admins receive an email notification. Clubhouse Admins can review and manage all requests across the clubhouse, while Team Admins can only manage requests for their specific team. Requests can be approved or declined from the main dashboard or directly within the Team Members page.
When a coach shares a match link with their team, players who are not yet part of the Veo Clubhouse will be prompted to request to join the team. For more details on the player process, see our guide: How players request to join a team.
Requirements
- Clubhouse Admin access (to manage requests for all teams) or Team Admin access (to manage requests for a specific team)
- An active Veo plan with available member slots
Email notifications
You’ll receive an email notification whenever a player requests to join your team. These notifications can be managed from your account settings. For more information, see our article on managing Email notifications
Managing requests from the main page
- Log in to app.veo.co.

On the main page, pending membership requests will appear at the top of your dashboard.

From here, you can either:
- Approve the request immediately
- Click More details to review the request further
Note: Clubhouse Admins will see all pending requests across the clubhouse. Team Admins will only see requests linked to their assigned team.
Managing requests from the Team Members page
- Go to the Team Members section of the relevant team.
- Pending requests for that team will be listed here.
- You can choose to Approve or Decline each request.
Note: If your team has reached the maximum number of members allowed by your plan, you will need to either remove an existing member or upgrade your plan before approving new requests.
