How to request to join a team on Veo

Players can request to join their team directly from a recording link shared by their coach. This guide walks you through opening the link, creating a free Veo account if needed, and submitting your request to join a team.

Requirements

• A recording link shared by your coach
• A Veo account (you can create one for free during the process if needed)

Opening the link

1. Open the recording link sent by your coach.
2. If you’re not logged in, you’ll see a login box with these options:
   • Log in with your Veo account
   • Create an account if you don’t have one yet
   • Close the login box to just watch the recording (without team access)

Creating a Veo account

If you don't have an account, you can create one for free:

1. Select Create an account from the login box.
2. Enter your details (name, email, and password).
3. Once your account is created, you’ll be automatically logged in.
4. You can then follow the same steps above to request to join your team.

Note: Creating a Veo account is completely free.

Requesting to join your team

1. After logging in, you’ll automatically be prompted to request to join the team.
2. Select your role on the team.
3. Add a message to your request.
4. Click Request Membership.
5. A confirmation message will appear letting you know your request has been sent.

Note: You can continue watching the match while your request is under review. Team admins are notified of your request, but you won’t receive updates about the status.
