How to purchase a new Veo Cam through your Veo account

This guide explains how Clubhouse Admins can purchase and add additional new Veo Cams directly through their Veo account using the Plan and Billing page. It also covers subscription adjustments and registration of the new camera.

Requirements

  • You must be a Clubhouse Admin to access the Plan and Billing section
  • Ensure you have access to your Veo account at app.veo.co
  • Your default payment method needs to be Credit Card

Purchase a new Veo Cam through your Veo account

  1. Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Plan and Billing.
    Note: This option is only visible to Clubhouse Admins.
  3. Under the Plan and Usage section, click on Want to buy another Veo Cam?

  4. Now, on the pricing page, select how many Veo Cams you want to buy and click Continue.

  5. You’ll now see the updated subscription pricing based on the remaining time until your renewal. Click Continue to proceed.

  6. Select whether you want to include a tripod. You can skip this step if you already have one.
  7. Add any optional accessories, or click Continue to skip.
  8. Add your shipping and billing address and choose your preferred shipping method.
  9. Select and confirm your payment method to complete the purchase.

What happens next?

Need a different subscription for your new Veo Cam?

If your new camera requires a different subscription tier (for example, different billing cycles or add-ons), you'll need to create a separate Clubhouse and order from there.

Can I purchase more than one Veo Cam at a time?

Yes, you can buy as many cameras as you need

Do I need to update my subscription to add a new camera?

Yes. Each Veo camera requires its own subscription seat—think of a seat as a slot in your plan that supports one camera. When you add a new camera, your total subscription cost will increase proportionally based on the number of seats.

You also gain additional entitlements with each seat added:

  • Support for more cameras
  • More teams
  • More user accounts
  • Additional recording hours
What if I need a different subscription for the new Veo Cam?

Cameras under the same Clubhouse must be under the same subscription type. If you need a different plan for your new Veo Cam, you must create a new Clubhouse.

What if my default payment method is Wire Transfer?

If you've set your default payment to Wire Transfer, you'll be prompted to schedule a call with our Sales Department. During the chat, a representative will help you tailor the process to your needs and get everything sorted so you can get back to the game.
