This guide walks you through the steps to register your Veo Cam 2 or Veo Cam 3 using the Veo Camera app. Registration is necessary to activate your subscription, live-stream, upload recordings, and manage your camera within your Clubhouse.
Requirements
- You must be a Clubhouse Admin
- You must have a valid Veo Subscription plan
- The Veo Camera app must be installed on your device (available for iOS and Android)
- You need your Veo Cam 2 or Veo Cam 3 available and turned on
Note: Registering your Veo Cam will activate your subscription plan. If you do not wish to activate your plan yet, delay registration until ready.
How to Register Your Veo Cam 2 or Veo Cam 3
Before starting, make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled on your mobile device.
- Open the Veo Camera app and sign in with your Veo credentials
- Turn on your Veo Cam. Once the app detects it, it will appear on your screen. Tap it to connect
- The app will detect if the camera is not registered and show a list of Clubhouses you belong to with available subscription slots.
Select the Clubhouse where you want to register your camera and confirm
- Once completed, a confirmation message will appear, indicating your Veo Cam has been successfully registered
Be aware: Once a camera is registered to a Clubhouse, it is locked to that Clubhouse for 30 days. If you belong to multiple Clubhouses, ensure you select the correct one before confirming.
Important Notes
- If your camera is not registered, you can still record matches, but you will not be able to upload or livestream them until registration is completed
- We recommend performing a test recording after registration to familiarize yourself with your Veo Cam
- All your recorded games will automatically upload to your Clubhouse once the camera is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. To learn how, follow this guide: How to connect your Veo Cam to a WiFi network
