Finding and viewing your recordings should be as seamless as your game. Whether you are navigating your own Clubhouse library or accessing a match shared by an opponent, this guide will help you locate and watch your video content with ease.
Prerequisites
- A Veo account to access your Clubhouse
- Be part of Team or Clubhouse
Finding recordings in your Clubhouse
The most common way to watch your matches is by logging into your account and using the library's management tools.
Log in and navigate your library
If you are a member of the team that recorded the match, your videos are stored in your Clubhouse library. Once logged in at app.veo.co, you can use filters and search tools to navigate like a pro.
-
Filter your recordings
Use filters to quickly narrow down the list based on availability and type:
- All: Shows every recording in your library.
- Active: Displays full-length recordings available for viewing.
- Expiring soon: Highlights recordings nearing their archival date.
- Expired: Displays archived recordings no longer available in full.
-
Search for specific matches
The search bar helps you locate individual recordings without scrolling. You can apply a filter first, then search by:
- Title
- Team name
- Camera name
- A combination of these terms
Note: Unassigned recordings (those not linked to a team) won't appear when searching for a specific team, but they will still show up if you search by camera name or title.
Alternative ways to access recordings
If the recording isn't in your immediate library, you can use these methods to get to the action.
-
Verify permissions and team assignment
Sometimes a recording is uploaded but not yet visible to everyone. This usually depends on how the video was tagged or your specific user role.
- You can contact your coach or Clubhouse admin to verify your permissions or confirm the recording was correctly assigned to your team.
-
Use a direct link
If someone shares a specific match link with you, you can view it directly without navigating the library.
- Simply paste the shared URL into your browser to go straight to the recording.
-
Request an opponent share
If your opponent recorded the game, you can ask them to share it via Veo’s "Share with opponent" feature.
- Anyone in a Clubhouse can accept a shared match from another club.
- For step-by-step instructions, see Share your Veo recording with an opponent.
