When Black Friday runs

How 15 months for the price of 12 works
Buy a Starter, Team or Club subscription during Black Friday and you pay for 12 months but get 15. Veo Analytics 2 and Veo Live added to a package also run for 15 months.
Note: You get a maximum of 3 free months, however long your subscription is.
When your 15 months start
- New subscriptions: your subscription is activated on the date you buy. Your 15 months start that day, not when your camera arrives or when you first record
- Existing customers: the 15 months are added on top of the months left on your current subscription
Note: This is different from a regular Veo purchase, where the subscription is activated when you register your camera.
What happens at renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of your 15 months. The 3 free months apply once and don't repeat at renewal.

What's not included
- Veo Go isn't part of 15 months for the price of 12
- Black Friday offers can't be combined with other promotions
Offers for specific sports
There are Black Friday offers for American football, baseball, basketball, field hockey, ice hockey, lacrosse and rugby. Each offer is only for the sport it's sold for. If you use the subscription for another sport, it's billed at the standard list price.

Orders ship within 5 days. You'll get your tracking number by email when your order ships. Larger orders arrive in several boxes, which may come on different days.

Right after you place your order, you'll get a welcome email from Veo. Use the link in the email to create your password and set up your Clubhouse. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.

The camera and the subscription are billed separately. The subscription is charged when you order, and the camera is charged when it ships. That's why you'll see more than one charge.
