Just purchased your first Veo Cam? This guide walks you through activating your Veo account, setting up your Clubhouse, and downloading the app so you’re ready to start recording as soon as your camera arrives.
This article is for you if you just purchased your first Veo Cam and want to activate your account for the first time. If you're already a Veo user, simply login to your account at app.veo.co.

Open your welcome email
Right after you place your order, you’ll receive a welcome email from us. Click the Create Password button to begin your account setup.
Note: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Only the clubhouse admin and billing contact on the order receive this email. If you didn't place the order yourself, reach out to the person who did.

Set your password
Use the same email address you entered during the purchase flow as the main Clubhouse Admin. Set your new password following the listed security requirements.

Log in and set up your Clubhouse
Once your password is set, head to app.veo.co and log in. Even before your camera arrives, you can start organizing your digital home:

Download the Veo Camera app
To bring your games to live, you'll need the mobile app to control your camera. Use it to start recordings, initiate live streams, and view camera details.
Follow these steps on your Android device:
- Open the Play Store
- Search for Veo Camera or click here
- Tap Install
Follow these steps on your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the App Store
- Search for Veo Camera or click here
- Tap Get
Note: The Veo Camera app is for camera control. To manage teams or watch analyzed games, visit your Clubhouse at app.veo.co using a web browser.

Register your Veo Cam when it arrives

Troubleshooting
- Existing users: If you already have a Veo account, log in at app.veo.co with your existing credentials
- Second-hand cameras: If you bought a used camera, follow our used camera guide instead
- Password issues: You can always reset your password using the Forgot Password option on the login page
Note: Account activation is separate from subscription activation. Your billing period and subscription only begin once you register your Veo camera to your Clubhouse.
