This guide walks you through activating a Veo Cam bought on Amazon — from scanning the flyer on the box to picking the plan, add-ons and billing frequency that fit your team.
Requirements
- Veo Cam 3 or Veo Cam 3 5G purchased from Amazon
Scan the activation flyer
On top of your camera box, you'll find a flyer inside a plastic sleeve. This is your first step to getting your camera onto the pitch.
- Locate the QR code on the flyer attached to the top of your camera box
- Scan the code with your phone or visit veo.co/amazon-activate
Note: Purchases of Veo Cam 3 on Amazon are currently only available in the USA, Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Japan.
Complete your purchase online
Once you enter the activation page, follow these steps to link your camera to your Clubhouse and select your plan.
- Choose Buy subscription now
- Log in to your existing Clubhouse or enter details for a new account

Enter the number of cameras you purchased on Amazon

Select your preferred subscription plan: Starter, Team, Club or Enterprise
If you sign in to a Clubhouse where one or more subscriptions are already active, you'll only be able to select the same plan that's currently in use. The price shown will be adjusted based on your renewal date, and all relevant details will be displayed for your review before confirming.
Note: Plan upgrades aren't available during this process. To upgrade, go to your Plan and Billing page after adding the new camera.

Add any extras you want: Veo Analytics 2 or Veo Live. Both are priced per camera, per year
Note: Veo Analytics 2 is available for football only.
- Enter your shipping and billing information
- Complete the payment
Warning: Your Veo Cam 3 requires an active subscription to record and upload games. Ensure you complete this process before your first match
Choose how often you're billed
In the top right corner of the page, under Order details, open the dropdown to pick your billing frequency. You can change it at any point before payment, and the prices on the page update to match your choice.
