This guide will walk you through the process of activating your new Veo Cam purchased on Amazon, from scanning the flyer to choosing the right subscription for your needs.
Requirements
- Veo Cam 3 or Veo Cam 3 5G purchased from Amazon
Scan the activation flyer
On top of your camera box, you'll find a flyer inside a plastic sleeve. This is your first step to getting your camera onto the pitch.
- Locate the QR code on the flyer attached to the top of your camera box
- Scan the code with your phone or visit veo.co/amazon-activate
Note: Purchases of Veo Cam 3 on Amazon are currently only available in the USA, Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Japan.
Complete your purchase online
Once you enter the activation page, follow these steps to link your camera to your Clubhouse and select your plan.
- Choose Buy subscription now
- Log in to your existing Clubhouse or enter details for a new account

Enter the number of cameras you purchased on Amazon

Select your preferred subscription plan

Choose any additional add-ons you need: Veo Analytics, Veo Live and Veo Player Spotlight
If you sign in to a Clubhouse where one or more subscriptions are already active, you'll only be able to select the same plan that's currently in use. The price shown will be adjusted based on your renewal date, and all relevant details will be displayed for your review before confirming.
Note: Plan upgrades aren't available during this process. To upgrade, go to your Plan and Billing page after adding the new camera.
- Enter your shipping and billing information
- Complete the payment
Warning: Your Veo Cam 3 requires an active subscription to record and upload games. Ensure you complete this process before your first match
