The Seen by feature allows you to track exactly which team members have viewed a specific recording. This tool is essential for coaches and players to ensure everyone is staying engaged with game analysis and highlight reviews.
Requirements
- An active Veo subscription
- A Clubhouse admin, Team Admin, or Team member account
How to access the Seen by list
You can easily see who has watched a video directly within the Clubhouse´s Library and in the Team´s recordings.
- Open the Library of your Clubhouse or enter your Team´s recordings

Look for the Seen by section, located under the Highlights download option

Click on the round icons or the + symbol to expand the full list of members who have viewed the recording
Note: The list is available only for recordings assigned to a Team and includes only Team members who were logged in to their accounts while watching the video.
How it works
The feature tracks unique views from registered team members, providing a clear way to monitor engagement without needing complex analytics.
