Requirements
- You must be a Clubhouse admin to access the Plan and Billing section
- Ensure you are in the correct Clubhouse if you belong to more than one
- A valid credit card is required for self-service upgrades and purchases
How to upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons
Whether you want to move to a higher subscription tier or simply add a specific feature, you can manage these changes directly in your Veo Clubhouse.
- Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co
- From the left-side menu, navigate to Plan and Billing
- Under Plan and usage, you will see your current plan and available options for upgrading or adding features
- Select the new plan level or the specific add-on you wish to purchase and click to continue
- Review the upgrade details in the summary window, which includes:
- The new plan or selected add-on
- The prorated cost based on your remaining subscription period
- The saved payment method being used
- If all details are correct, click Upgrade
- Your request will be processed automatically
- A confirmation banner will appear at the top of the screen once successful.
Your new plan or add-on features will be available within a few minutes
Plan upgrades and add-ons cannot be processed via self-service if your account is set to bank transfer. To upgrade, you can:

Yes, you can enhance your experience with Veo add-ons without changing your base plan. Please note that only the Starter plan does not support add-ons. If you are currently on the Starter plan, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan level to access these features.
