Learn how to create, manage, and activate image overlays for your live and on-demand matches in the Veo Live app.
The Overlays feature in Veo Live lets you upload and display custom graphics, such as club logos, sponsor banners, or event promotions, directly on your live and on-demand streams. You can set them up from your Clubhouse and manage them during matches using the Producer Panel.
Requirements
- An active Veo Live add-on subscription in your Clubhouse
- Clubhouse Admin permissions to create and manage overlay packages
- Access to the Producer Panel to manage overlays during the stream. Learn who can access the Producer Panel.
Step 1: Create an overlay package in your Clubhouse
Only Clubhouse Admins can create and manage overlay packages. To create one:
- Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co.
- From the left-hand menu, select Veo Live.

Go to the Overlays tab and click Create new package +. Give your package a name and upload the images for:
- Upper right corner image
- Lower banner image
- Click Create to save your package.
- Activate the package to make it available in your live streams. You can create multiple overlay packages, but only one can be active at a time. Activating a new package will automatically deactivate the current one.
Tip
Use clear and high-resolution images (PNG format recommended) for optimal on-screen quality.
Step 2: Apply overlays to your stream using the Veo Live app
Once your overlay package is active, you can manage it through the Producer Panel in the Veo Live app. You must be a Clubhouse Admin or Editor to access this feature.
- Open the Veo Live app on your mobile device.
- Find and open the live match you want to add overlays to.
- Tap Producer mode below the recording to open the Producer Panel.

Scroll down to find the Overlay options. Toggle Lower banner and/or Small banner to display them during the livestream.
You can enable one or both overlays at the same time. Once activated, they’ll appear for all viewers and will also be visible in the on-demand version of the match.
- To remove overlays, simply toggle them off.
