How to upload non-Veo recordings to a League Exchange

This article explains how Veo League Exchange members with the correct permissions can upload non-Veo match recordings.

Who can upload recordings?

If you are a member of a League Exchange and have either Admin or Editor permissions, you can upload matches—even if they were not recorded with a Veo Cam.

Steps to upload a non-Veo recording to League Exchange

  1. Click on the Upload button in the top right corner of the Veo League Exchange platform.

  2. Select the video file you want to upload.

    • The file must be stored locally on your device
    • Only .mp4 format is supported

Note: Upload time may vary depending on file size. Do not close your browser window during the upload process.

  3. While the upload is processing, fill out the required match details:

    • Home team
    • Away team
    • Score
    • Match date
    • Match type (league, showcase, cup, event)
    • Round/Matchday (if league match) - not mandatory
    • Unique match number - not mandatory

The selected teams will be used as the match title in the League Exchange.

  4. Once everything is completed, click Publish to share the video with all members of the League Exchange.
