Learn how to connect your Veo Cam 1 to the Veo Camera app to start recording and access all Veo features. This guide covers both automatic and manual connection methods.
Requirements
- Veo Camera app installed on your device (available for Android and iOS)
- Your Veo Cam 1 fully charged and powered on
- Wi-Fi password from the bottom of your Veo Cam 1
How to connect automatically
Follow these steps to connect your Veo Cam 1 through the Veo Camera app:
- Turn on your Veo Cam 1.
- Open the Veo Camera app and log in with your Veo account.
The app will display cameras found nearby. If you’ve connected before, your saved cameras will appear automatically.
- Select your Veo Cam 1 and enter the Wi-Fi password (found on the bottom of the camera).
Allow your mobile device to join the camera’s Wi-Fi network. This enables communication between your device and the camera.
Once connected, you’re ready to start recording your matches and using Veo’s smart features.
How to connect manually
If your camera doesn’t appear in the nearby list, follow these steps to connect manually:
- Ensure the camera is turned on and the indicator light shows a solid green.
In the Veo Camera app, scroll down and tap Don’t see your camera?
Select Veo Cam 1 from the list.
Enter the camera’s Wi-Fi name and password (found on the bottom side of your Veo Cam 1).
You should now be successfully connected to your Veo Cam 1.
Tip: If you experience connection issues, try restarting both the camera and the app, then reconnect.
