Learn how to download the full match in follow-cam view from the Veo platform. This guide outlines who can download matches, what can and can’t be downloaded, and how to troubleshoot common issues.

- The recording must be assigned to your team in your Clubhouse, if you are not a clubhouse admin
What you can and cannot download
You can only download the follow-cam view of a match.
It is not possible to download:
- Panoramic or interactive views
- Drawings created with the Drawing tools (while you can download clips with drawings, keep in mind that the drawings won’t appear in the downloaded version.)
- Veo Analytics data
Important note:
You can only download a match if it has been assigned to your team, or you are a clubhouse admin. Clubhouse and team admins can do this from the recording’s settings or by creating a team in your Clubhouse.
How to download a match (Follow-Cam View)
- Log in to your Veo Clubhouse at app.veo.co.
- Open the match you want to download.

On computer: Click the Download button above the video player and select Download full game.

On mobile: Tap the gear (cogwheel) icon in the top-right corner, then select Download.
- The match will begin downloading as an MP4 file to your device.
FAQs
If you don’t see the Download option on your recording, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Recording not assigned to a team
Only team members can download recordings. Make sure the recording is assigned to a team in your Clubhouse, and that you’re logged in with your Veo account. - Follow Cam not available for your sport
Downloads are only available when the Follow Cam version of the recording is generated.

No, only the follow-cam view is available for download. Panoramic and interactive views are limited to online viewing.
