Learn how to update your team’s information, such as its name, abbreviation, age group, gender, crest, and header image, through the Edit Team page on the Veo platform.
This guide also covers how to permanently delete a team from your Veo Clubhouse when it is no longer needed.
Requirements
- You must be a Clubhouse admin or Team admin to access and edit team settings.
- An active Veo subscription.
- At least one team must be created in your Clubhouse.
Access the Edit Team page
- Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co and sign in with your credentials

Click the Teams tab in the left-sided menu and choose the relevant team from the list

On the team’s page, click Settings to open the Edit Team page
Edit basic team details
On the Edit Team page, you can update the following details:
- Team name – Update the official name of your team
- Team abbreviation – Used for tagging and in scoreboards
- Age group – Specify the age category your team belongs to

Gender – Set the gender classification for your team
Customize the appearance
Add a personal touch to your team’s profile by choosing colors and uploading a crest and header image.

Select the colors for your team and the opposition in the Appearance section.
Your selected colors appear at the top of the Match Setup page. You can also adjust them for individual matches.
For Veo Analytics users, these colors and chosen shapes (e.g., triangle vs. circle) also appear on the 2D radar and scoreboard to enhance player tracking and analysis.

Upload a crest or header image by clicking Choose image and selecting a file from your device. The selected image will appear in the preview area.
Notes:
Team Colors are not applied retroactively. To see your selected colors in older videos, you must update each Match Setup manually.
Custom colors are not currently supported to ensure visual clarity and consistency across the platform.
Save your changes
Once you have finished updating your team details, colors, and images, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to confirm your changes.
How to delete a team
If a team is no longer needed, you can delete it from your Clubhouse. This action is permanent.
- Navigate to the bottom of the Team Settings page
- Find the Delete team section and click Proceed

A confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm to permanently delete the team
Warning: Deleted teams cannot be restored. However, any recordings linked to the team will remain in your Clubhouse and can be reassigned to other teams.
