To use your Veo Cam, you must have an active subscription plan. This guide explains the different base plans available, tailored for individuals, teams, and clubs, and the optional add-ons like Analytics and Live that enhance your experience.

Veo subscription plans
A base subscription is required to register your camera, use the Veo Editor, and manage your recordings. All plans include the same Veo Editor features, including full match download. Your choice of plan only determines your limits for teams, users, recording hours, and storage duration.

No, an active subscription is required to use the camera, watch recordings, and analyze matches.
Yes. The Starter plan includes the same features as Team, Club, and Enterprise, including downloading clips and full matches, drawing tools, and automatic event detection. The plans differ only in the number of teams, users, recording hours, and how long your recordings are stored.
Yes. To use multiple cameras, you must extend your subscription to support each device. This doubles the cost but provides extra entitlements for each camera.
No. Player Spotlight now lives inside Veo Analytics, so adding Veo Analytics gives you Player Moments too. The Player Spotlight features themselves haven't changed.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan or add features from the Plan and Billing page. To downgrade or remove add-ons, please contact Veo Support.
