Learn how to manage your Veo account settings, including updating personal details, resetting your password, managing email notifications, and the process for deleting the account.
Requirements
- An active Veo account
- Access to the email address associated with your Veo account
- You must be the account owner to edit personal details
How to access your account information
- Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu
Note: Only the person who owns the Veo account can edit personal information. Team or Clubhouse admins cannot change these details for other members
1. Update your basic settings and profile picture
In the General tab, you can edit your name, phone number, and avatar picture to keep your account up to date.
2. Manage email notifications
Veo sends notifications based on your role to keep you updated on team activity. You can customize these preferences at any time.
Notifications by role
- Admins: Receive notifications for recording uploads, team assignments, and mentions in clips
- Editors and Contributors: Receive notifications for team assignments and mentions in clips
How to disable or enable notifications

Click the Notifications tab
- Untick the boxes for the notifications you no longer wish to receive
You can also opt-in to stay updated with the latest news and offers from Veo in the Marketing section
Note: Always click Save changes at the bottom of the tab to apply your updates immediately
3. Reset or change your password
Your Veo password is the same across all platforms, including the Veo Clubhouse, Veo Camera App, and Veo Live App.
Change password while logged in

Click the Security tab
- Enter your current password, followed by your new password
- Click Change password to confirm
If you forgot your password
- Click on Follow this link to reset it written below your current password
or go to app.veo.co and click on Forgot your password? - Enter your email address and click Send email
- Follow the link in the reset email sent from service@veo.co to set your new password
4. Delete your account
You can request to permanently delete your account through your settings. Please note that this action is final.
If you are a Clubhouse Admin
Clubhouse Admins must contact the Support team directly to close their account.
Steps for all other users
- Click the Security tab
- Click Delete account
- Type your email address in the confirmation field and click to finalize
What happens if you delete your account?
- You cannot regain access to your account
- Your subscription(s) will become invalid
- Information shared with other Veo apps will be deleted
- Your name will be replaced with 'DELETED USER' in any clips where you were mentioned
Warning: If you only want to leave a specific Clubhouse, do not delete your account. Instead, contact your Clubhouse Admin to be removed from that specific group
