This guide explains how to securely attach your Veo Cam to the quick mount. The quick mount sits at the top of the tripod or other accessories, such as the Veo Stadium Mount and the Veo Ball-Head Camera Mount, and serves as the connection point between the camera and the tripod or accessory.
Before you begin
- Ensure the tripod is stable and placed on level ground
- Ensure the quick mount is tight and properly installed into the tripod, see How to install the quick mount on your Veo tripod
Instructions

Place the camera’s hot release (the piece attached to the bottom of the camera) into the quick mount at the top of the tripod.
The camera nose should point the same way as the bubble lever.

Press down firmly on the plate until the quick mount’s lever automatically rebounds back into place.

For safety, ensure the lever is pushed back tightly to confirm that the camera is securely attached.

Note: Always double-check that the lever is locked before releasing your hold on the camera to prevent accidental drops.
