This guide explains how to leave a Clubhouse in the Veo platform, depending on your role (Admin or team member).
The steps for leaving a Clubhouse vary based on your role. Clubhouse Admins must ensure another Admin is assigned before leaving, while team members can remove themselves from their team(s) within the Clubhouse.
If you are a Clubhouse Admin
- Log in to your account at app.veo.co.

If you're part of more than one Clubhouse, confirm you are working in the one you want to leave.

In the left-side menu, select Clubhouse settings.

Scroll down to the Clubhouse Admins section.

Find your name, click the three dots (⋮), and select Leave Clubhouse.

Confirm you want to leave. You will automatically receive a confirmation email.
Note: If you are the only Clubhouse Admin, you must add another Admin before you can remove yourself. Every Clubhouse must have at least one Admin.

If you are part of a team
- Log in to your account at app.veo.co.
- Go to your teams page.
- Find the team and open the members list, find your name, click the three dots (⋮), and select Leave team.
- Confirm you want to leave.
You will not receive a confirmation email when you leave a team.
Note: If you belong to more than one team, repeat this process for each team you want to leave.
If you are both a Clubhouse Admin and part of a team
Follow both sets of steps above to be fully removed from the Clubhouse.
What happens next
We recommend refreshing the page to reflect the changes, you shouldn't have access to the Clubhouse anymore. If you are part of more than 1 Clubhouse, you will still have the option to access those.
If you remove yourself from any clubhouse and/or team you're part of, you can still log in to your account, but it will be completely empty. You always have the option to create a new Clubhouse if needed.
