Veo Go is exclusively supported on iPhones and iPads*. Below, you’ll find a list of compatible devices, minimum requirements, and key recommendations to ensure the best experience.
Compatible Devices
Any iPhone running iOS 18.0 or later and any iPad* running iPadOS 18.0 or later can download and use the Veo Go app.
The camera role is limited to iPhones with a rear ultra-wide camera, which includes the following models.
- iPhone 11 Series: iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max
- iPhone 12 Series: iPhone 12 mini, 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max
- iPhone 13 Series: iPhone 13 mini, 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max
- iPhone 14 Series: iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max
- iPhone 15 Series: iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 16 Series: iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max (except iPhone 16e)
- iPhone 17 Series: iPhone 17, 17 Plus, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max (except iPhone Air)

*Note: iPads can be used only if you choose the three-phone setup and use it as "Controller".
Performance Recommendations
For the best experience, while using Veo Go, we recommend:
- Storage Capacity: Ensure at least 10 GB of free storage, as this is temporarily used until uploads are complete
- Battery Life: Use fully charged iPhones; older models drain faster, while newer ones last longer. The controller device can track battery levels during recording
- iOS Updates: Keep your device updated to the latest iOS version for optimal performance and stability
Troubleshooting Compatibility Issues
- Unsupported Device Warnings: If your iPhone is not supported, the app may display a notification and limit functionality. It is recommended that you change to a supported device
- Storage or Performance Issues: Free up storage space and close background apps to improve performance
- Connectivity Problems: Ensure all devices have the WiFi functionality on and they are updated to the latest iOS version
