Learn how to restore Interactive mode for your recordings to explore matches from every angle again. This feature lets you zoom, pan, and enjoy full panoramic control of the game — even after the original access period expires.
Requirements
- You must be logged in and part of the team where the recording is assigned.
- The recording must still be available in your Clubhouse (not deleted or expired).
- The recording cannot be a copy — only the original owner (Clubhouse) can restore Interactive mode.
About Interactive mode
Interactive mode allows you to freely navigate within your recording — zooming in and out, moving around the pitch, and viewing the full panoramic scene.
This feature remains available for 90 days after the recording is processed on the Veo platform. After that, the interactive view becomes archived but can be restored.
You can restore Interactive mode anytime as long as the recording itself is still available on your Veo account (i.e., not deleted or expired).
How to restore the Interactive mode
If you see the message “Interactive Mode is archived” when trying to open a recording, follow these steps:
- Open the recording you want to watch.
- Click the Interactive Player icon
in the bottom-right corner of the video.
- When prompted, click "Restore Interactive Mode" to initiate the restoration process.
It can take up to 24 hours for the Interactive mode to be fully restored. If you try to open it during this time, you’ll see the message “Interactive Mode is being restored.”
You can restore the Interactive mode multiple times while the recording is still available.
