Learn how to use the Producer Panel to control the scoreboard and game clock during external livestreams on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and more.
Requirements
- You must be logged in with a user who has Team Editor, Team Admin, or Clubhouse Admin permissions.
- You need an active external livestream started from the Veo Camera App.
Accessing the Producer Panel
If you started the live stream from the Veo Camera App, you can access the Producer Panel by tapping the link labeled Keep score and time at the bottom of the stream view.
Other users can access it directly at producer.live.veo.co.
Logging in to the Producer Panel
When accessing the Producer Panel, you’ll be prompted to log in. This ensures that only authorized Clubhouse or team members can control the scoreboard and timer.
The first time you log in, you’ll need to authorize the connection by selecting Authorize.
Controlling the Producer Panel
Once logged in, you’ll see a list of all active external live streams linked to your Clubhouse or team.
-
Click Control next to the livestream you want to manage.
-
Check that the team short names displayed are correct.
-
If needed, click Edit next to the team names to adjust them.
-
Toggle the Scoreboard visibility to On to display the scoreboard on the livestream.
-
To start the game clock, click Start timer. The timer will appear on the livestream and start counting (with about a 1-minute delay).
-
To update the score, use the + or – buttons for the respective teams.
-
To pause or stop the clock, click Stop timer.
-
To restart the timer, click Start timer again and enter the time from which you’d like it to resume.
- When the match ends, click Stop timer again.
Note
Stopping the scoreboard timer does not end the livestream. To stop streaming, you must end it directly from the Veo Camera App.
