TITLE: How to connect your Veo Cam 2 or Veo Cam 3 to a WiFi network
This article explains how to connect your Veo Cam 2 or Veo Cam 3 to WiFi for live streaming, uploading recordings, and updating firmware. It covers required software updates and provides step-by-step instructions for connecting and verifying the camera's WiFi connection.
Requirements
- Ensure your Veo Cam and Veo Cam App are running the latest software. Check for updates here.
- A WiFi network that only requires a password. Networks that ask you to log in, register, or accept terms in a browser are not supported.
Note: Networks that ask for a username and a password (WPA Enterprise), which are common in schools and offices, are also not supported. If your network is one of these types, connect the camera to a mobile hotspot or a guest WiFi network that only asks for a password, or use an Ethernet connection instead.
