To find the Streams Diagnostics page:
- Log in to your Veo account at app.veo.co
- Go to the left-side menu and select the Veo Live option
What information does Streams Diagnostics provide?
General live stream details
- Match title
- Camera firmware version
- Camera serial number
- Internet connection type used for streaming
- Number of disconnects during the stream
- Average upload speed during the match
- Number of days before the stream is archived
- Live stream status
Upload speed graph
This graph shows your internet connection's upload speed throughout the match. You can compare your actual upload speed against the recommended thresholds.
Live stream status
This section shows the final status of your live stream, helping you understand whether the broadcast was completed successfully or interrupted.
