A Veo Clubhouse is a dedicated space where you manage your teams, members, and recordings. Each Clubhouse has its own subscription, billing, and payment details. Creating a new Clubhouse can help you keep different groups, plans, or billing arrangements separate.
This article explains how to create a new Clubhouse in your Veo account.
Keep in mind
Each Clubhouse can have only:
- One subscription tier (Starter, Team, Club, Enterprise). All Veo Cams in the Clubhouse must be on the same plan
- One billing period (monthly, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years). All subscriptions in a Clubhouse renew on the same date
- One billing account, one payment method, and one payment admin
When to create a new Clubhouse
You might want to create a separate Clubhouse if you:
- Manage different groups, such as youth teams and academy teams
- Have a second Veo Cam with a different subscription plan or billing cycle
- Need to use a different billing account or payment method
Steps to create a new Clubhouse
- From your Veo account, go to the Clubhouse selector in the top left corner, click on the three dots at the top, then select + Create Clubhouse
- In the “Create your Clubhouse” window, enter the requested details for your new Clubhouse
- Click Create Clubhouse to finish
Once created, the new Clubhouse will appear in the Clubhouse selector, and you will automatically be assigned as the Clubhouse admin.
