What is Analytics Studio?
Analytics Studio helps coaches and teams track performance trends through visual insights and data-driven analysis. It simplifies game breakdowns by linking coaching decisions to statistical outcomes.
You can access Analytics Studio from the left-hand panel in your Clubhouse.
Who can edit content in Analytics Studio?
- Coach Note: Editable by Coaches and Team Admins.
- Key Metrics & Comparison Radial: Editable by Coaches (any permission level), Admins, and Editors.
What you will find inside the Analytics Studio:
Coach Note
Found at the top of the Analytics Studio. This section allows you to set and share your team’s focus for the season (e.g., skill development, teamwork).
Coach Notes are available for both Clubhouses with or without Veo Analytics add-on.
Key metrics
Display up to 4 statistics at once. The available metrics depend on your subscription level:
- For Clubhouses with and without Veo Analytics: Access to Win ratio, Shots/Shots conceded, Goals scored/conceded, and set-piece data (Free kicks, Corners, Goal kicks, Penalties, and Throw-ins).
- For exclusively Analytics subscribers: Access to all advanced AI-detected metrics, including Possession, Pass strings, and advanced performance data.
Click Edit metrics above the radial to choose which stats to show.
Progression charts
Filter your available key metrics over time to track trends across multiple games. Click any point on the chart to open the specific game recording for deeper review.
Note: The specific data points available to filter will depend on your subscription plan
Exclusively for subscriptions that include Veo Analytics Add-on:
Game maps
Veo's AI-generated game maps help you visually present the facts and identify trends over time.
- Shot map: Automatically shows where shots occurred and which resulted in goals, for both teams.
- Pass location: Automatically shows the percentage of completed passes in the defensive, middle, and attacking thirds.
- Possession location: Automatically shows where teams had possession (passing and dribbling) on the pitch, as a percentage.
Analyze team patterns using data from multiple games.
Note: You can filter the maps by attacking or defending plays, and by your team or the opponent.
Comparison radial
Use the Comparison Radial to compare up to 6 metrics across different teams or time periods. Click Edit metrics above the radial to choose the stats.
Add context by comparing your team’s data with others in your club or across specific dates.
Coach Assist
Coach Assist is an AI-powered analysis tool designed to help you break down match data instantly. With our Coach Assist Chat, you can ask specific tactical questions, generate training workflows, receive summarized insights from your recordings, and team management advice.
Note: Test Recording match types are excluded from Analytics Studio.
Pro Tip: If you notice inaccuracies in your data, you can improve the AI's detection! Simply go to the Veo Editor and manually change, add, or delete the events tagged by the AI. Correcting these tags will update the statistics shown in your Analytics Studio.
